Hi, it seems that the password you mean is owner password which prevents you from editing the pdf file. In this case, you need a password remover like AnyBizSoft pdf password remover. It is very easy to use. After three steps, you can edit it with Acrobat or other pdf editors.

Here's the download link:

If you don't have a pdf editor like Acrobat, here I provide you an alternative:

1.convert it to editable word format using a pdf to word converter(Free)

download link:

2. convert it back to pdf using a pdf creator (eg. Cute pdf writer). Here's a list of them:

Hope it helps.

If you want ot remove restrictions from PDF files, you can try A-PDF Restrictions Remover. This software is professional on removing password and restrictions from securied PDF files. And very easy to use, even can do the operation in context-sensitive menu.

A-PDF Restrictions Remover can work to remove the restrictions in standard password protected PDF file, including 40-bit RC4 decryption, 128-bit RC4 decryption and 128-bit AES decryption.

But it can NOT:

Remove or find the user/open password automatically.

Remove other protections, such as DRM or third part plug-in.

Enable Acrobat Reader to Save forms and data locally, Add comments, Add digital signatures

Unfortunately, if you are trying to edit or copy/paste from a .pdf file that you've found on the internet it will be protected with this so called password. The password cannot be removed because of th simple fact that it is protected for copyright reasons. One example is an author releasing a rough draft version of their book to the public. They would password protect it in order to protect the story from circulating over the internet.
