No. There will be conflicts no matter how you try to install them.
You can have multiple anti-malware products (Malwarebytes, AdAware, SpyBot, etc...) with NO conflicts.
So, AV products like McAfee, Avira, Avast, AVG, Norton, Kaspersky... just pick one.

Absolutly not they will conflict with each other, you can however have up to 3 antispywares on one machine with no problams.
