How do i remove virus email-worm.js.gigger ?

Hello,
How do i remove virus email-worm.js.gigger from my laptop. A lot of other virus' have been detected too including
joke.1068
backdoor.perl.AEI.16
kot.b
devices.2000
exploit.code.baseexec

Please help! I don't have a clue where to begin!!

Try using Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool. Enter MRT in your search or RUN box and open the program (press ENTER or OK). Start it by clicking NEXT at the bottom of the page. Follow the prompts to remove the virus(es) if there.

go to walmart or best buy and buy an antivirus
