When i try to access the google play store with my phone and tablet it wont load. I read somewhere that i need to unlock TCP and UDP 5228 ports. How would i go about doing that, i have a Netgear WNR1000v2 router. Please HELP ME!!!

You need to log into the user interface of your router and forward the ports to your phones IP address. I recommend you set a static IP on your phone as a DHCP lease may expire, causing the port to be forwarded to the wrong address.
To find instructions on forwarding port use this website, just select your router from the list and then select any application (doesn't matter which). Just make sure to forward the ports you require, and not the ports it says for the wrong application (unless you pick the correct one)
