First of all contact your credit card company and dispute the charges. Then:

1. Reboot and right after that start clicking ctrl+shift+esc. Task manager should launch.

2. Stop all the processes of av security suite (for example, [RANDOM CHARACTERS]tssd.exe )

3. Disable Proxy server in your browser, this one usually causes redirections.

4. Download a good anti-malware program and do a scan with it.

OH SHI-

Ahh.. Its to late.

That was a Rogue Anti Virus.

Basicly a fake "Anti Virus" that will block eveything and say its infected and get you to buy its software. There was no infection on your pc in the first place.

Its used to steal identity and are bank info etc..

Im really sorry this one was able to get you.

Call your credit card and such and have it locked.

To prevent this and to FULLY remove it, do the following:

Download these

Malwarebytes

Avast Free Anti Virus

Spybot Search & Destroy

Spybot is all free and the other two are trials but are basically the same as the paid versions.

If this "virus" wont let you download or run these, just restart your pc in safe mode with networking. Press F8 as soon as your pc starts to power up. press it over and over. May take a few restarts.

Update the programs, then run each one one by one. This should clear the problem. If you have enough ram, enable Malwarebytes protection module if you paid for it, and also enable Spybots "TeaTimer". TeaTimer protects your registry. Your registry is basically critical system files and settings, like windows system 32. (What most infections attack to gain control over your pc)

This is a powerful combo I personally use (all paid versions of course) and I put it on all my friends computers when there messed up.

This will clear your problem up and keep you safe. Update regularly by the way.

Thats the free stuff to do right now.

I suggest you buy Avast! Internet Security And Malwarebytes.

I am really sorry. The people who trap people like you into buying this stuff need to die.

"AV Security Suite is a scareware and ransomware program from the same family as Antivirus Soft and AntiSpyware Soft. The developers of this program are distributing AV Security Suite through the use of hacked sites, spam, and Trojans that install it onto your computer without your permission. Once installed AV Security Suite will be configured to start automatically when your computer starts. Once started it will scan your computer and state that there are numerous infections, but will not let you remove any of them until you purchase the program. All of these scan results are fake and are only being shown to trick you into purchasing the program, which you should obviously not do."

As this crap is coded and sold by criminals in Eastern Europe (typically Russia and Ukraine), you should notify your credit card provider ASAP. Maybe cancel that account number.

Best of luck.

so sorry to hear that. have your credit card blocked. you need to clean that rogue av.

here are the more basic programs you can use without the help of any techies:

download: MALWAREBYTES and SUPERANTISPYWARE - at CNET they are both free. what the other will miss, the 2nd one will most likely catch

get an antivirus (if you want it free here are your best choices;) AVIRA . and AVAST also at CNET

if you are willing to pay , you can get the paid version of AVIRA or KASPERSKY

install a firewall if you are on XP and you dont have a 3rd party firewall

best choices: ONLINE ARMOR, COMODO - they are all free at CNET or file hippo

get spyshelter they also have a free version- to prevent keylogger attacks.

you can have 2 antimalware installed (malware bytes and superantispyware and run them as on demand scanner. but choose and install only one antivirus and 1 firewall.

goodluck to you Brenda

OMG!! av security suite is a VEEEERY terrible notorrious fake antivir program, you gotta believe me. I think you'd better remove as soon as possible, or it will cause you very huge trouble, like alerts keep poping up, frequent PC restart, block any antivir program, and even cannot boot your PC.

It is a scam. Uninstall the software and block your credit card before it is plundered or have its security code changed.
