Just look at the grammar, it is appalling. And where is the association between instruction.com and paypal. Copy this and the whole header of the emails and paste it into an email to the paypal abuse team. The money will NOT be paid.

It's most likely a scam. Did you even sell the item and is the funds in your Paypal account?

Many online thieves try to get the shipping/tracking information as they might pay with a stolen credit card and at the last minute contact the shipper and change the shipping address.

Never communicate or give out any information regarding your Paypal or eBay account. Only communicate with Paypal and other sellers and buyers from eBay 'after' you login to either your eBay or Paypal account. This way you are safe.

Good luck!

I have never received an email like that. Normally i get a confimation of payment, and once the seller receives payment, the item is posted. It could be the buyer being careful, contact the buyer and ask if this is her doing being super cautious, depend on the bank so I would try and not make a big deal out of it until certain it is a scam? Tried the email address?

Hi i had the same problem about a month ago i sold my mobile on gumtree and had a fella from uk want to pay me so much or or and something like £50 for shipping and i was to send the phone to Nigeria so i gave him the benefit of the doubt and then received all these emails from so called paypal* saying the payment was pending and i had to forward tracking numbers before payment would be in my account so i called paypal and they confirmed that no payment had been made in to my account etc and that i was to forward the email to spoof@paypal.com and they confirmed that it was a scam so if in doubt check it out call paypal there their to help and don't send any item till the money is in you account :D

Don't believe ANY email from ebay, paypal, etc. They may serve as a notification, but you should only trust what your account actually says.

Always log into your account to check (by typing in www.paypal.com in the address bar, never click the links in an email). If the money does not show up in your account, it was not sent.

The best thing that you can do is get on Ebay and chat talk with a representative. They will be able to answer your question within seconds and you will be talking to a real person. I had to do this all the time for my Dad because he never wanted to call people and he was a slow typer.

You can do a reverse email check to know if the owner of the email address is the paypal.

its' a scam.

e-mail is coming from instruction.com which is NOT related to paypal.

secondly in case of such things money is usually credited to you, but funds cannot be withdrawn until you ship the item.

check return label.

It maybe a scam and it may not be; but don't ship anything until the money is in your account.
