Hello ,

Open "Internet Security" Navigate : Click "Quarentine"/ Notice thew "Show" box , should read "Quarentine" . Click the drop-down arrow seek "Recent History" and click "Recent HIstory" . Scroll and seek the item being blocked "Interactive/Mail" may be Yahoo mail and click on it . On the area to the right you will see Recommended Action , Details and at the bottom of that window you will see a button called "More Details" and click on More details . A new window will open and if Norton will allow [and it should] you to see a button called "View Rule" click View rule and you will open another window that will allow you to scroll and seel the program you want to "Allow" to pass through "Internet Security" and the program will work as you need it anytime thereafter . Once you have found the item you wish to fix -or- change , click that item then click the drop-down arrow to open your choices >>Allow , Block , Custom , Auto <<< will be your choices . After selecting and are sure , close the Norton windows .
