My G'ma wants a internet security, that blocks bad websites, but she wants to have unrestricted access when she turns the security off, she wants it to be on for me! The one we have at home blocks the pic's even when we turn it of.

Don't touch nortons stuff, it is a resources hog and will slow your system to the snail pace, and it cannot be removed without using a special removal tool.
The absolute best security, is the off switch.
No security is foolproof or watertight, just tell gran that you won't violate her trust by looking up sites that she doesn't approve of.
Its quite expensive to buy online, but if you go to WHSmith you will find it for only £30 for 3 people, which is a bargain.
