Wierd pop-up problem please help!?

Question

So I haven't used the internet in a while but out of the blue I started getting wierd pop-ups.(Atleast I think they are.)

The "pop ups" tell me that I have spyware and it gives me no choice but to go to a site to delete the spyware.

There is also another pop-up that tells me my computer has recorded all the adult sites I have been to and it gives me a link on how to delete them.
(I have never had any pop-up problems up until right now.)

Also, whenever this pop up occurs (which it happens every 5-10 minutes or so) I find a flashing yellow triangle with an exclamation point and when I click on it, it sends me to an anti-spyware site.

Please help me!

SIMPLE ANSWER:



On the top bar of your Internet Explorer, Click on 'Tools" and choose 'Internet Options. Then Click on 'General' and 'Delete Cookies' and 'Delete Files'.

To speed up slow computer =

Slow startup could be caused by a hanging/bad driver or startup program., check your device manager to see if any drivers need updating. .Right click on the "my computer" desktop icon, and then select properties, select the hardware tab/ then click device manager and see if there are any "!" next to anything. Or start/settings/control panel/system/hardware/device manager
