Your comp. is infected. Run a complete virus scan. And if you don't have it download, install and run Malwarebytes.

The best way to tackle this is... By downloading an antivirus that does BOOT SCAN.... If u have licensing issues... i.e problems buying a licensed software.. You can try downloading Avast Antivirus Home edition... I don't advice you to use all those cracked and pirated softwares... Avast home edition is free for all and is best for home use... Download it (Have attached the link below) and install the file and run the "Boot scan". You can find the Boot scan option under scan option... Click on schedule boot scan, save all your files i.e if you are currently doing anythings... And then your computer restarts and it does a thorough boot scan which can clean all your viruses.... If it still does not work... Try formatting it and install a fresh new copy of the OS you are using.... You can also use Microsoft antivirus which is free and is pretty good... But i guess this one is better :) i.e the Avast antivirus because of its boot scan

Try this...

reboot your PC and start tapping the F8 key - at the menu select "safe mode with networking", download Malwarebytes from link below. Install, UPDATE, quick scan to remove any possible threats.

If you need an antivirus program, this one from Microsoft is free and works good.
