1. Download and run firefox to protect your from future spyware attacks and pop ups which are coming in through internet explorer (Trojan downloaders, win32 ) .Then update your windows through firefox

Browser attacks aren't easy to spot because they piggyback on legitimate traffic that doesn't exhibit many obvious warning signs

2. Run the vundo and combo fix http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/2007/05/vundofix-and-combo-fix.html

3. Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

4. Run the anti spyware remove programs spybot http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/2007/03/spybot-search-and-destroy-spyware-and.html and superantispyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/2007/04/superantispyware-home-edition-free.html to get rid of the nasties

5. Run a complete scan with free curing utility Dr.Web CureIt!

The best protection for your computer is a 3-tiered approach: anti-spyware software, anti-virus software, and a firewall(ZoneAlarm Free 7.0.462.0)

Your first problem is that you are running multiple anti-virus programs. You should use only one. Uninstall any others.

This is what a Microsoft MVP has to say about the subject. You may also want to consider reading her entire web-page on "How to prevent Malware". It is one of the best that I have seen.

http://users.telenet.be/bluepatchy/miekiemoes/prevention.html

"Never install more than one Antivirus and Firewall! Rather than giving you extra protection, it will decrease the reliability of it seriously! The reason for this is that if both products have their automatic (Real-Time) protection switched on, your system may lock up due to both software products attempting to access the same file at the same time. Also because more than one Antivirus and Firewall installed are not compatible with eachother, it can cause system performance problems and a serious system slowdown."

I would Run both of these on-line scans. Both are free and excellent at detecting and removing malware free of charge. There is no need to un-install any of your current protections before using these.

1. Scan for virus, worms, dialers, etc. and remove (free online scan, no installed program) with BitDefender's Online Scanner. Press scan online on the left.

http://www.bitdefender.com/

2. Scan for trojans, adware, cookies, and spyware and remove (free online scan, no installed program) with Ewido Online Scanner ( now known as AVG Anti-Spyware). This is NOT the same as AVG Anti-Virus. Press "Scan your computer now online and clean it for free!" on the left.

http://www.ewido.net/en/

These scans will take quite a bit of time. The time is necessary to clean-up an infected computer.

Good luck.

you quite need to bathe out the fan. From the appearance of it, this seems to be the criminal. in simple terms wipe the dirt off with a moist fabric or blow the dirt out with a stress blower (doubt you have that). If it nevertheless would not artwork, good luck attempting something else.

Run virus scan one more time. Backup your files and reformat your drive.
