Recently, I've been getting an annoying popup saying "Sinowal.Trojan is detected" from a Windows Security window. I just need step by step how to get rid of it!

Well the windows security window is a scam which
is part of the Sinowal.Trojan....d/load and update
this trusted and completely FREE program which
is used here on answers every day.
Just click on d/load on the left side.
You can see below they have it in their database.
This is a very small d/load ...less than 3mb
Alway's update before scanning...very important.

Download Spybot Search and Destroy and go through the steps. Do an entire system scan.
