It may be necessary for you to download these to a different computer and copy to zip drive or cd and install in infected computer

Use safe mode with networking to remove threats but after updating tools, disconnect from internet to run scans.

When you are finished in safe mode and you restart your computer and you still have issues see below:

Why antivirus tools can not clean infected files in the_Restore folder

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/Q263/4/55.ASP&NoWebContent=1

How to disable or enable System Restore: http://www.vista4beginners.com/Disable-or-enable-System-Restore

Do this when you have your antivirus software scanning and it is suggested that right after you turn off system restore you use ATF: http://download.cnet.com/ATF-Cleaner/3000-18512_4-89432.html?tag=mncol check select all and click empty selected until no files cleaned and then let scanner run.

A Trojan virus is a virus that is designed to hide inside another program, much like the legendary Trojan Horse. It activates when you run what appears to be the legitimate program. Before it activates, it is unlikely that you will know the virus even exists. But once the virus activates, it will act and behave like any other virus, attempting to destroy your programs, memory, or computer in whatever manner it was programmed. If you ever think you have a Trojan virus, follow these steps to get rid of it.

Just follow the steps below to get rid of virus......

Step 1

Download and install AVG anti-virus software for Windows Vista

Step 2

Allow AVG to complete its scan. When you complete and installation of AVG it will automatically scan your computer for viruses. Keep in mind that this process may take a long time, especially if you have a large disk or a slow computer. Do not interrupt the scan. Let AVG search everything on your computer the first time. During this time, AVG will search for Trojan viruses for you as well as any other types of viruses your computer might contain.

Step 3

Watch the screen when the scan has completed and see if the Trojan was found. If you had a Trojan virus, the AVG scanner will report the number of infections found and the number removed and healed. Click on "Infections" to see the files that were found and reported infected.

Step 4

Click on the "Remove All Unhealed Infections" button. When the AVG software attempts to remove a virus, it will try and fix the file that was affected by the virus. However, in some cases, the files cannot repaired and the virus cannot be removed. In those cases, AVG will completed delete the file. If AVG can repair the file and remove the virus, it will call those viruses healed.

Step 5

Ensure that you run this file scanning process on a regular basis to reduce the possibility of getting infected with more viruses in the future.

You should try using MSCONFIG in Windows XP to disable some of the unnecessary programs that automatically load on start-up. Disabling these programs will help your computer boot faster and crash less.

1. In Windows XP, go to Start > Run

2. Type MSCONFIG in the "Open:" box and then either press enter on your keyboard or click on the OK button.

3. This launches Microsoft's System Configuration Utility. Click on the Startup tab (the tab at the far right).

4. This takes you to a page with a list of "startup items." Startup items are programs that are automatically loaded every time you turn on your computer. Some startup programs are absolutely necessary, others are simply a waste of RAM.

Remember, disable only those programs that you recognize and don't need to have running all the time. When in doubt, leave it on.

5. Click on the OK button.

6. A message will pop up telling you that you must restart your computer before these changes will take effect. Click on "Yes" and your computer will automatically reboot.

7. That's it! Your computer should now boot faster and crash less.

Download a free antivirus software, we have a few links on the button of a faq's page http://www.unlimitedtechnicalsupport.com/faq.htm

And you should also update our Antivirus software and run a virus scan,

Follow the steps given below......

Reboot your computer if you have a Mac. Do this by holding down the "Shift" key while the computer restarts itself.

Step 2Launch an antivirus program that you should have installed on your computer, such as Symantec's Norton or McAfee. Wait for the program's window to appear, then go to "Disk View." Highlight your computer, then select "Scan/Repair" so that the antivirus can detect the Trojan and trash it.

Step 3Exit the antivirus program on your Mac. Restart your computer again to ensure that the Trojan has been deleted. Empty the trash can on your computer once it is back up and running.

Step 4Disable the System Restore feature if you're a Windows user. Go to "Start" at the bottom of your screen, then right-click the "My Computer" icon to go to "Properties." Check "Turn off System Restore" under the System Restore tab in the "Properties" window, then select "Apply." Confirm that you want to disable System Restore by clicking "Yes" and "OK."

Step 5Update your virus definitions in your antivirus program. Open the program, or go to the website, to download the latest definitions so that you can receive the most recent alerts and keep your computer protected.

Step 6Scan your files to detect the Trojan file. Follow the instructions in your antivirus program to delete any suspicious files. You may want to write down the path and file name of the Trojan, which is usually found in the "C:\" hard drive. Then, edit your computer's backup registry by choosing "Start," then "Run." Type "regedit" in the window that appears and click "OK."

Step 7Search for the registry entry from which the Trojan derived, which may begin with "HKEY" followed by the file path. Delete the registry entry to ensure that the Trojan is removed. Exit the registry entry, and restart your computer so that the changes can take effect.

It's difficult for a relative newcomer like VIPRE to introduce a brand-new version of antivirus software into this very competitive field.

But VIPRE is no ordinary antivirus.

And Sunbelt Software, makers of VIPRE, is no ordinary company.

With this release of VIPRE, Sunbelt has managed to pack a mighty blow against viruses, spyware, and all forms of malware in one powerful punch.

It's easy to install, easy to use, and is the lightest running antivirus application we've ever seen.

With their latest release of VIPRE Antivirus + Antispyware, Sunbelt Software is getting rave reviews just about everywhere you look.

Among other things, we wanted to know:

Does it hold up against the powerful malware foes out there today?

Can it really run that light and still be that potent?

In a word: yes.

After reviewing VIPRE, it easily captured the lead as the best antivirus software of 2009. Read our full comparison and review to find out why.

If you're still not sure, you are welcome to try out our FREE trial for fifteen days, inclusive with all features.

This is guaranteed to remove whatever is on your computer. This is my method.

Restart your computer, press F8 repeatedly, go into "safe mode with networking", download superanti spyware and malwarebytes (links below). Both those delete ANY virus. I scanned with both, some finds others that others don't find. So USE both and update both.

URGENT : Please go into Safe mode, do not ignore that step or else the virus will interfere with your activity. Also viruses don't allow you to open up programs or anti-virus software, and being in Safe mode allows you to do that. In Safe Mode, the virus cannot interfere with you getting rid of it.

After downloading in safe mode, UPDATE them. PLEASE Update. You'll see this option, don't be alarmed.

Quick scan and quarantine/delete/remove. And you are cleaned.

If those do not work, go into safe mode and download Spybot search and destroy. Update!

http://download.cnet.com/Spybot-Search-amp-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html

Restart and now you are clean.

Stay safe by downloading COMODO Internet Security (free) and keep those anti-virus softwares I told you to download.

Go to Start > All Programs > System Tools > System Restore. Pick a date from before the infection. When your computer starts to reboot hit F8 until you get a boot menu. Select Safe Mode With netowrking. Go to http://malware-virus-spyware-remover-tools.blogspot.com/ and down load their free antimalware ap. Save it to your desktop. Run mbam.exe (If it doesn't work try to rename it to mbam.pif or mbam.bat). Update it and run a full scan. Delete whatever it finds and boot up in regular mode. Run another scan to be safe. You should be fine.
