Phishing site?

I have MSN messenger and have recently gone to one of their features that they are always showing. I went to one and my parents said that it was a phishing site because it didn't have something related to MSN in the URL could u please check the site using the link below and tell me what it is. And furthermore I want evidence not just a yes or no answer please. Thank you. Here is the link.

Its not phishing and may be part of MSN,because it has the MSN logo in the adress bar(i could be wrong) but phishing sites would trick u into submitting personal info this site does not ask u to do this....McAfee SiteAdvisor Rated the site as green

No alarms from my browser. Does not look at all like a phishing site to me. FYI, phishing involves tricking someone to give up personal and sensitive information. Banking information is the biggest part of phishing. Credit card info and social security numbers are also targeted. Just don't fill out any forms for this kind of info and you will be safe.
