I push the button to turn on the computer, get the 'Starting windows' graphic than screen goes blank. Sometimes it starts, sometimes it don't . When it don't go to the login screen, I get the black screen, than a blue screen saying its checking the disk for errors, it restarts once or twice and goes to the screen that says it was restarted incorrectly and give options to start Windows Normally or 'safe mode'.
If it does go to the login screen I have to wait 25-30 minutes for that to appear. I login and wait another 20 minutes. Finally I get the desktop, the task bar and themes from windows 98 come up instead the clear ones for windows 7. The Antivirus says i need to update it every time I do get the desktop, everything is slow, and I get 2 error messages...

1. "Failed to connect to a windows service
Winodws could not connect ot the Group Policy Client service. This problem prevents standard users from logging on to the system. As an administrative user, you can review the System Event Log for details about why the service didn't respond."

2. Location is not available - Config/systemprofile/Desktop refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted or that you are connected to the internet or network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located the information might be moved to a different location.

I have tried to look for solutions on here and scanned the computer with Comodo Av, Hitman Pro, Malware bytes, SUPERAntiSpyware, and TDSSKiller from Kaspersky. They find cookie trackers but that's all..

What's wrong with the computer? What can do to fix it?

Its proberly not a virus considering you have ran so many scans, NOT ALL PROBLEMS ARE CAUSED BY VIRUSES!!!

Go on to your command prompt and type the following commands

sfc /scannow (press enter)

When that has completed type in

chkdsk /r (press enter)

Type in Y and press enter, then restart your pc to let it scan your disk for errors.

Another cause of your problem may be a failing harddrive, a very quick way to tell this is to download crystal disk info, If it says caution or critical then your harddrive is failing.

You have contridicting answers, if you are not sure who to belive post on bleeping computer forums. Unlike some people on here, they actually know what they are talking about....

Anti viruses aren't perfect unfortunately, they don't pick up every threat, I think the system is infected, and I think the best solution would be to backup your files and re-install the OS.

Despite the scans not detecting any threats, it is still possible that a virus or Trojan is hiding somewhere deep within the system.

Viruses. Probably loads of them.
