Internet Explorer 7 or 8 with Win XP SP-2 ?

Question

Please let me know as to whether the MS would ask for Authentication after I download IE-7 / IE-8 on my machine ?

Is it possible for me to get IE-7 / IE-8 without going through Authentication test.

i aint gonna computer virus u lyk jibbarja (lol...) .... yet im in simple terms tellin u this: swap over to mozilla, and delete ie7 BCOZ ur computing gadget will velocity up now dat it has a much less heavy application... internet surfing is a lot greater comfortable with mozilla, because it doesnt dangle n stuff in simple terms swap over, it is going to be btr regularly occurring i say so bcoz i too have sp2 and HAD IE7 - which lasted on my comp for some week...i threw it away

ie7 is free. you dont need authentication to get it. if you cannot, go to autopatcher.com. read the instructions how to download updates, tweaks. ie7 is included in the pack.
