Can't connect to Mozilla.org(?)?

Question

I'd like to update to the newest version, but it won't let me connect to it's own site??? I've tried with Internet Explorer too, but no luck.

I've been to the Mozilla site plenty of times, but recently I'm "banned" from connecting. I keep getting Failed to Connect

Interestingly, I can connect to Mozilla.Org
