I have updated avast anti virus thats working fine. I scan my system every one month and no virus is found. But recently I noticed that whenevr I copy some folder to externel memory devices like pendrive then a file called autorun.ini and setup.exe is also copied. And the problem is that avast is not detecting it. Is it a virus or some kind of system files. Please help... I am a bit tensed.

the setup.exe is a virus and the autorun makes it run when ever you plug your thumb drive into anything. Avast obviously does not work very well. install and run malwarebytes and delete the 2 files on your thumbdrive.

autorun.ini is used to auto run a file, usually called setup.exe. It might be that.
