The only SAV I can find in my searches is SpamArrest. But for that you have to pay $7 a month. Are there any freeware alternatives?

You can use Mailinator. It's not a program though. You fill blahblah@mailinator.com in the form and then for verification you go to mailinator.com and type blahblah [Not exactly blahblah, but the ID you used in the forms] and it opens the inbox for blahblah. Your mail will be there. You can verify that fake ID instead.
PS - Many sites don't accept mailinator, but there are similar alternatives available. Just google.

Web based emails have them such as msn.com's popular hotmail email program. I have been using hotmail for about a year and have had zero spam. Another good one is g-mail. You can add these as pop mail to outlook and they will filter for free. Hope I helped. Good luck.
