1. No, you can't (at least not from an accredited company). EV stands for extended validation. Verification of identity is one of the requirements for extended validation.



2. The companies issuing EV SSL certificates must pass an audit before they are allowed to do so. Some well known companies are www.VeriSign.com, www.Entrust.net and www.DigiCert.com/ev-ssl

Sorry, but your certificate authority will not issue your EV SSL certificate if you will not provide identification documents.



To issue EV SSL certificate company need to provide all legal details asked by the certificate authority.

No, it is not possible at all. A certificate authority will check on an organisation's background existence. So a company needs to be legitimately registered with the local business registrar.
