installed Zone alarm..now i cant access internet...what to do..? tnx?

i need to shut this ZA down to access the net...FYI, im on a network with my secretary's pc....tnx...

i have given that answer so i must solve the problem too. see if your za, is having a problem, it means you could not configure it. and i know that you will never be able to do it manually, so try this, get panda 2006, install it, it will connect your internet properly, yes, you can uninstall the zonealarm, but za dose good work, in your case it did'nt.

In the explore panel in the bottom right hand corner open that up untill you see the za icon and rightclick slect disable that will shut down the za for thetime being or just simply right clikc the icon and slect exit

There should be an option to allow internet traffic. It may be set on block traffic.
