Hey i need help. My computer's got a spam from an extension i didn't even download. No matter how many times i went to extensions then deleted it keeps coming back. The extension is called "CSS review" I really don't know how it installed. Plz explain to me how it got installed and how to dealt with it. Also why dose it keep coming back?

Oh yeah. If you ever upload and extension before that check other peoples comments, For my spam one it was busting with "Its A Spam" comments.

This may be a form of malware. Check your "Programs and Features" in Control Panel and try to uninstall it from there first. Then try to remove it from Google the way you've been doing.

Also I would advise running Malwarebytes on your machine get rid of any malware. Just download the free version. https://www.malwarebytes.org/

This shady css review can be installed by adware programs or PUPs that can hide in free video players, free games and free software etc. To better help you, below is the step by step pop-up ad removal instruction. You can follow its steps to get rid of it off your Chrome.

Hi,

Please be noted that lots of ad-based installation process would offer U such unwanted even hidden recommendations thus please scan your download before you run in in your real OS. And, you can first run the downloaded item in a VM computer.
