yes Start>run>task manager.

or just run your task manager.

here o how to summon this engaging genie? You could try rubbing a magic lamp, but if you are clean out of bric-a-brac, try Shift + Ctrl + Esc or Ctrl+Alt+Del. If you are not a fingers person right-click on an empty area of the Task Bar and select "Task Manager", with or without a loud cry of, "open sesame!" Alternatively, flick your wand, err sorry, point your cursor to an empty area of the Task Bar, right-click and choose "Task Manager". If you are a very boring person just use Start - Run and type "taskman" and run.

Hey, I had 98SE on my last PC and it worked great. It has been the most stable OS that Microshaft has ever come up with. To bad they stopped offering support for it though.

Anyway, according the geeks at Mshaft, you should....Press Alt + Tab. It displays a list of running programs. If you release the TAB key and continue holding down the Alt key, the list of programs stays on the screen with a particular program selected. If you continue to hold the Alt key down you can use the Tab key to move through the list of programs. When you release both keys, the program that is currently selected becomes the active program.
