did you turn the admin accounts off? you need log in as an admin to make your new account an admin account and to transfer things from an admin account. The crtl+alt+del only works with a computer set up on a domain. log out and click switch users should make them show up.

It is possible that shanaya IS the admin. account. Try switching to having an administrator account and a limited account.

Once you create a new account with admin powers, the default 'Administrator' account disappears.

Don't be alarmed. You can get all your settings and files by copy/paste from 'Administrator'.

Open Explorer(RtClk Start>Explore).

XP

Documents and Settings>administrator>Desktop>Select all/Copy

Paste on your desktop.

Vista

Users>Administrator>Desktop>Select all/copy

Paste on your desktop.
