Awhile back I used adaware 2007 but decided it was crap and went back to SE. By default, it must be made to add "Scan W/ Adaware 2007" to the 'Right-Click" aka Context menu. Anyway, I was tuning my PC up when I noticed "Scan with Adaware 2007" is on the menu when I right-click my Start Button. I have used reg cleaners, junk cleaners, I even manually went through the registry myself to delete ANY keys from it. I know what I'm doing when it comes to PC's but this one's got me stumped! Yes, my PC is 100% clean of any malware, and yes I've used CCleaner and every other tool you can think of but nothing will get rid of that option when I right click 'Start.' Of course since Adaware is no longer ON my pc, if I click the option, it just has an error. NO option to delete it or ANYTHING. If you could be of some help, I'd gladly reward the 10. Thx. =)

What I would do is try going to their website and finding an application which will completely clean your computer of the program.

Hope this helps

whilst i grow to be sixteen I objected to the term- my son- which got here from no longer my father yet an entire stranger. My mate hates being referred to as a Chav, i won't be able to stand the term middle elderly, it sounds extra like middle an prolonged time ! Geriatric is yet another bone of rivalry ? What approximately Recycled teenager or lively Pensioner ? i think of I choose Senior Citizen, yet there back that is barely my very own own view. that's the concern there are continually people who desire to pigeonhole and steriotype everyone, yet everyone seems to be somebody, at each age point and what seems to be like the two proper to the age attained, the guy may well be the two forward or backward to those years. a chum of mine is 40-one yet acts like a 80 3 hundred and sixty 5 days old, my mum whilst at 80 acted extra like a teenager, so as that leaves the question why catigorise interior the 1st place? we are all area of the human race, as long as we don't come final who cares !!lol!!

Try ToolbarCop.

"ToolbarCop is a browser extensions manager which can disable or eliminate the following browser add-ons selectively from Internet Explorer:

Browser Helper Objects (BHO)

Toolbars

Standard Toolbar buttons

Context menu Extensions

Download managers

Protocol Handlers

Horizontal / Vertical Explorer Bars (side-search bars)

Startup applications originating from RUN registry keys. "

Thats an odd problem. It sounds like the files that say "Be sure to remove everything" got screwed up. I'd try downloading a new version of the program, install it, then uninstall.

There is probably a better way, but...

Goodluck.
