The best account for those standards would be the Guest account, which has no access to any of your files and applications. Here is how to enable the Guest account:

1. Click on the start button.

2. Click on your user picture.

3. Click on "Manage another account".

4. Click on "Yes".

5. Click on "Guest".

6. Click on "Turn On".

There you go. The new account will appear in the log-in screen, and the new account will have no access to your files and applications. I hope I helped. :)
