I have this Ad ware on my computer, but Norton and AdAware scans are not helping to remove it. Maybe someone knows something more specific on this one?

It is doing two things;

One, it is doing is opening windows and tabs to the following sites;

http://a.mrktmedia.net/
http://asrv-a.akamaihd.net/
http://annualconsumersurvey.com/

Two, it is finding different text on a webpage and converting it to a hyperlink that pops up an ads when my mouse is over it. The pop-up says they're "Ads by Supra Savings'.

Is this something Geek Squad can fix, or other computer repair? Maybe call up Norton and have them look at it directly?

That's right! Supra savings is a stubborn adware program that can display ads when you move your mouse to some highlighted words. This has been discussed in this thread. Hope it can also help you!

It looks like you download and installed a free software recently on your computer that came bundled with Supra Savings.

To remove this, you can:

1. Uninstall unnecessary and rarely used programs through the Control Panel like Supra Savings, SupTab, BetterSurf, Media Player 1.1 and Re-markit.

2. Modify the default homepage of your browser. May I know what browser and computer operating system that you are using?

3. Modify the search provider of your browser to your preferred website.

4. Disable / Remove unwanted toolbar, add-ons, browser helper objects and extensions on your browser.

5. Perform a full system scan using your Norton security software to verify that everything has been removed completely.

I've had problems in the past with Norton. I've been using Comodo ever since I had to remove Super Fast PC. I used Adwcleaner(which I love) to get rid of that though.

Though Mr. Carl has a good tip, this is what I used.

Oh, and the malicious program was actually "Speedial"
