This is gonna be quite long but I really need the help.

I had been used to getting viruses before.I would occasionally run the spybot program just in case.At some point I started neglecting scanning. At some point about a year or two ago, my computer's sound always turns itself off.I didn't know what to do.I tried scanning using spybot, and Malwarebytes anti-malware to no avail. The sound has been screwy for about a year and a half now.So much so that I've gotten used to it and I shouldn't be.At some pont last year, Mozilla Firefox started taking a long time to open. It'd take from 2 to 5 minutes to open.Sometimes it wouldn't open at all.I would try to open up another Firefox but it would say the program was already open and to close it before I opened another.Eventually that stopped and Firefox got back to opening right after I clicked on it.I've had this virus/malware for over a year.My roomate deleted spybot after it(the malware) wouldn't allow us to upgrade it.Every time I scan using Malwarebytes, it says I have 4 infections and claims it deletes them after the computer restarts but everytime I rescan, the same 4 pop up.I get updates from microsoft, windows, or whatever the computer is run on.The security updates don't do a dang thing but tell me I have malicious malware that I need to take special steps to get rid of.It never tells me what steps to take.I'm pretty sure I have 5 infections on the computer but only one is malware.I don't really understand it.

Use comodo rescue Disk. After that repair your computer with Windows installation Disk. Then install a better security product: Kaspersky.

You need to use SAFE MODE to get rid of malware. Here's how:

USING SAFE MODE

You may very well be hijacked with malware that is preventing you from doing things or your computer is running very slow.

The best way to work this problem is to boot your pc into the SAFE MODE. This is a mode where your computer only boots windows files and nothing else. So if there is malware present it doesn't boot up and preclude you from running antivirus/malware programs to clean up your pc. Here's how to get there.

1. Boot up or reboot your pc and when you see the screen becoming active start tapping the F8 key at one half second intervals until you see a black screen with white lettering.

2. Look at the list of Safe Mode options near the top of the displayed page and use the arrow keys to move the highlighted line up to the SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING line and then hit enter.

3. Give the pc a few minutes to fully boot up. It will boot with a fairly normal looking desk top screen but will have "Safe Mode" in all 4 corners of the display.

4. Hopefully you have Malwarebytes installed. If so update the malware definitions using the Check For Updates selection in the settings icon in the top right of the screen and download the latest definitions. If you don't have it installed, use your internet browser (IE; Firefox; Chrome; etc.) and go to download.com, use the search box and search for Malwarebytes and download it and install it.

5. Click on the Scan area in Malwarebytes and run a full scan. When complete review the findings (if any) and then select all of them (right click on one of the little check boxes) and then click on Remove All. Malwarebytes will remove all of the found problem items.

6. Reboot the pc.

Hopefully that will remove any malware/viruses you have on your pc that is preventing you from doing your Restore.

Hope this helps

In your situation, it may be best to restore to factory condition. You can restore the system to factory condition by using the Recovery Console which will wipe the hard drive clean and you can start from scratch with a new, clean Operating System installed. To do this, please follow the instructions below:

Reboot the computer to the Advanced Boot Options menu by tapping the F8 key as soon as you see the manufactures logo appear on the screen. At the top of the black screen with white lettering you will see "Repair your computer".

Click on Repair your computer menu item.

Select US as the keyboard language settings, and then click Next.

Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.

Select your user account and click Next.

On the System Recovery Options menu you will get the following options:

Startup Repair

System Restore

Windows Complete PC Restore

Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool

Command Prompt

Choose "Windows Complete PC Restore" (or depending on the brand of computer it may say something similar.)

Follow through with the onscreen instructions and once complete you will need to go to Windows updates and install all the updates that MS has released since the Operating System (OS) that you have installed is up to date.

You don't say which OS is installed. Knowing which OS is installed would help me immensely to guide you through the Windows Update process. I find it much easier and quicker to download and install the standalone version of Service Packs. Win7 is at SP1 and Vista is at SP2. W8 has no SP'S as of yet.

Once the system is up to date, you will need to remove the trial version of the Anti Virus (AV) was installed by the manufacturer and install the one you prefer (if you did not keep the one that came pre-installed). It is best to use the removal tool for that particular AV after you have removed it from the Control Panel.

You'll then have to re-install any other browsers and software that you had installed over time since the computer was purchased.

Any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to ask.

As said above it's a recently created website but it doesn't mean insecure.

It is registered with Tucows, one of the largest domain registrars and OpenSRS (domain name reselling service)

Tucows has Comodo SSL Certificates included in their OpenSRS. So, I think its secure

You can also check with this site whether or not a site is safe like i checked for the web address you provided
