Try COMODO anti virus which may resolve your problems. COMODO removes virus 100% for free.

If still your problem persists, then you should go to safe mode and then try installing COMODO antivirus and clean all the mess and then place your OS Cd and restart and repair OS. Hope your OS is windows only!!!

While removing virus and infected files your OS may lose some of the OS files which is root cause for improper working your control panel.

I wish, your problem should get resolved ASAP for sake of your family wellness

Ok let's try the Malwarebytes option again but you need to be patient and follow these:

Boot in safe mode with networking. Make sure you are logged on an administrator account. If you are able to download files on your infected computer then get these files:

a. FixNCR.reg -- http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/reg/FixNCR.reg

b. RKill -- http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkill

Read fully what RKill is all about so you will know what it's for.

If you can't download them using the infected computer then use another computer and save them to a flash drive or CD.

Run those files in safe mode with networking as admin in exact order as listed. You might have to turn off your real antivirus program if it is preventing you from running RKill. Wait until RKill gives you a report. Update MBAM before doing a FULL scan.

If you have a problem running a program and it keeps asking you to "choose a program to open the file with" then run this and import it to the registry:

Shell.reg -- http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/reg/shell.reg

If your programs, icons and files seem to be "missing", run this too:

Unhide -- http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/unhide.exe

If you have a problem with your google searches being redirected to unrelated sites, run this from Kaspersky:

TDSSKiller -- http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/solutions?qid=208280684

After getting rid of the infection, change your AV to a better one like the free Avast or Avira:
