Then it says "if you trust the site and want to install, click here." I earlier deleted Adobe Flash Player from my programs. How do I keep this pop-up from appearing? Thanks!

This is one of the pitfalls of surfing: many sites rely on the 'Active X' or 'Flash' to render certain aspects of their webpage;

Short version: if you want to view all the page & have all the interactivity, you must allow the blocked content.

You could try using Firefox, but there is still the requirement to allow blocked content, no matter how inherently un-safe 'flash' is.
