There are never any guarantees in malware fighting, but try this:

If you have an anti-virus, make sure it has the latest virus definitions and run a full scan with it in Safe Mode with Networking. That often prevents malware from protecting itself. If you don’t have one, many people here swear by AVG (it’s free).

I suggest you also download Ad-Aware Free and Spybot S&D (they’re free), install them, update them and run full scans with them, again in Safe Mode With Networking.

Also, turn off System Restore to evict any copies of bad stuff that might be lurking there.

To get into Safe Mode with Networking:

1. Log out and reboot your machine.

2. When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.

3. Select Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.

4. Login. If the malware has changed your password, try logging in as Administrator. By default, Administrator has no password.

5. The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different.

6. When you're finished doing what you need to do, log out and reboot back into normal mode.

Note that even if the anti-malware programs get rid of the malware, they may not be able to reverse the effects. Search the Web for possible fixes.

Update and run full scans regularly, not just when you think you already have malware.

Good luck.

Note: There ARE free versions of these programs on the websites listed. They just may not be obvious.

Ad-Aware Free (free): http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Spybot S & D (free): http://www.spybot.com/

AVG anti-virus (free): http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5/

Avast! (free): http://www.avast.com/

Kaspersky (free trial) (Seems to dislike installing on any machine with just about any other decent anti-malware, including some firewalls.): http://usa.kaspersky.com/downloads/

MalwareBytes (free) http://www.malwarebytes.org/ (If the program doesn’t run, changing its filename from mbam.exe to something else ending in .exe has sometimes proven effective.)

Cyber Security is the latest rogue anti-spyware application, which was designed to attempt to dupe unsuspecting PC users into believing their dubious tactics to be true, and ultimately persuade them into purchasing the full version of this nefarious application.

Download, install, update and run full scans, in safe mode*, with this software:

Then re-start.

*Note: On start up (before Windows loads) keep tapping either F5 or F8 then use arrow keys to highlight 'Safe Mode with networking' click on a user account, enter the password (if you don't know it, there probably isn't one so leave it blank) and hit enter/return.

Well the 1st thing you all ways do is not to click or agree to any thing you are not sure of...As yes it can cause a deception of saying you have a million viruses and so on..Its all a con and trying to get people to sign up etc and keeps a cookie file on your computer to pop up things randomly...

Do a full system scan on spyware,Virus checks, system care would do it too..Just have a major clean up then if it keeps happening then you have to check your latest downloaded cookie files that start up or anything you notice that's not familiar...

Good luck anyway ok...Ive been there Pal too...bastards ...But hey they never got my money...Ha! to them...

Download malwarebytes and superantispyware then run scans with both.

Superantispyware http://download.cnet.com/SuperAntiSpyware-Free-Edition/3000-8022_4-10523889.html?tag=mncol

Malwarebytes http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?tag=mncol

Hijack this(powerful anti malware tool, should only be used by experienced people. This can make your computer inoperable..). http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10227353.html

Can’t install or run Malwarebytes

Rename the mbam-setup.exe if installation fails.

Rename the mbam.exe if the program installs but does not run.

Start in Safe-mode with Networking if program fails to install run or update.(Hit F8 key repeatedly when computer is starting after a reboot)
