what is the email address that I should send spam mail to. I have gotten some spam mail that says that I've won a million dollars. It would be nice but it looks like a scam or a spam. What address should I send these kind of e-mails to. I am using the old type of e-mail outlook express so I would like to just forward click these over to spam or the FBI or to who ever may be able to catch these bad guys. thank you

The best thing to do is just delete it. The FBI knows well about this they get them too. Don't waste your time. Best thing to do is learn how to filter them out. Since your using outlook express it's fairly easy.

Jack R: If you receive Spam mail in your E-Mail . That is like receiving from your regular mail ads- and things to sell or buy etc. There is really nothing technical illegal about sending spam mail through the E-Mail as there is sending ads and other things to you from regular mail through the post office.

All I can do to tell you. Is if you get spam mail. Hit spam mail.. on your E-Mail and then have it go there. and all that does is stop it from going to inbox is all.

And this junk mail. Turning it into the FBI will do you no good. As it is not a Federal Offense.

Oh, they're bad guys. I have developed a new ploy, because apparently I'm on the list that they all get and I receive about ten a day. Now I am replying with "YES! Send me the money!" in the subject line and then when they open the email I say something like "Ha ha, you thought I was sucked in, you lying bastard. Please take me off your list. I get at least twenty of these a day and the world is about saturated with your tricks now." I know I am wasting my time but if it deters one or two of these thieves I will be pleased, and it makes me feel good to let them know we are not all stupid. If everyone did something like this we would saturate their inbox with spoof mail ... which is what they do to us anyway. The thief would have to open the mails, just in case he had a genuine catch, and it would be a disheartening waste of his time. Hopefully.
