Your computer is infected. The program, Personal Security is a scam and a virus in itself.

"Personal Security is a rogue anti-spyware program from the same family as Cyber Security. This program is promoted through the use of malware that will install it on your computer without your permission. In order to protect itself, this program will automatically attempt to terminate security programs that may help to remove it. When installed, Personal Security will be configured to start automatically when Windows starts. Once started, it will scan your computer and display a variety of infections, but will state that it will not remove them unless you first purchase the program. In reality, the infections it finds are either fake or legitimate programs that if deleted could cause problems with the proper operation of Windows. Therefore, please do not act upon any of the files it states are infections."

To remove:

Just scroll down to: "Automated Removal Instructions for Personal Security using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:" and follow the directions. Do not use any programs advertised at the top of that page.

Good luck.

DO NOT DO A SYSTEM RESTORE yet. Do not listen to this kind of nonsense. Most of these can be dealt with it just takes a few steps and some time.

First download (Hijack this) and run it to create a log and save the log

1. Download malwarebytes and run a quick scan

2. Dowload avast and run a boot time scan

3. Go to bleepingcomputer.com and download their tool called combofix and run it.

see how pc operates. After this i would also run ccleaner and defraggler just to tidy up your pc. And continue to run Avast as your regular antivirus.

If you have continuing problems with this then copy your hijack this log and send it to the good folks at avast to review and let them know the steps you have taken. I have helped several people with pc problems and avast support has always responded with 24 hours during the week. And they usually have the answer
