Press CTRL-ALT-DEL at the same time. Click on Processes. Here you are going to look for the suspect program. There should be a fairly long list of .exe files running. On the top of the list, look for "CPU". Click on CPU twice. This arranges the processes in order of current processor usage. System Idle Process will almost always be on the top of the list. The other programs will be jumping around the list, this is normal. Now, open up Internet Explorer and minimize it so that you can type in the window and still see the process list. Now, begin typing words and pressing enter in the search bar of google.com. While typing, watch your process list. You should see a program move from 00 CPU to 01 or higher. Take note of any program that changes while typing. Now, type the programs full name, one at a time, such as KEYLOGGER.EXE, in google search. If you are running a program disguising itself as an important system file, there is a very good chance you'll discover it in Google. I hope this helps, and hope you dont have one of these recording your keystrokes.

check your startup programs. Run Anti-Spyware and dont let somebody use your account. Dont give Admin privelege to other users in your machine. Give them Guest with very limited access.
