I minimized all my windows to go to the desktop and I notice that my desktop wallpaper was gone and in place of that was this box that said "Your system has been infected! System has stopped due to a serious malfunction. Spyware activity has been detected. It is recommended to use spyware removal tool to prevent data loss. Do not run any application before spyware is removed."

What am I supposed to do? I tried to change my background but nothing works. I just scanned my computer and it says there's nothing wrong..?
