Malware doesn't usually block the internet, what is does is changes your internet setting and depending where it did it can mess up your connection. So you are going to need to change them back in internet options,Connections tab. Also you are probably going to have to check in network and internet Iv4 setting. If all that fails you are going to have to put Malwarebytes antimalware on a usb flash drive and get it on the computer and do a scan.Once you remove the threat, you may need a tool that repairs internet connections. There really are so many different things that could have happen you will need a tool if you can't repair it your self by going where I told you in setting. Here a link that will give you the information you need and links to tools that will repair your connection

Boot to Safe Mode with Networking

To boot to Safe Mode with Networking, do this:

Restart your computer

Tap F8 key on the keyboard continuously until you see the advanced boot options.

Select Safe Mode with Networking, and Press Enter on the keyboard.

Wait for it to load

As soon as it is loaded, log in to your user account.

Run your browser, and get Malwarebytes Antimalware from here

https://www.malwarebytes.org/

If you are not able to run your browser, go to windows explorer by clicking on Start - All Programs - Accessories - Windows Explorer

Then in the address bar, type the address below, and push Enter on the keyboard

http://google.co.nz

Google will open, and then you can download Malwarebytes Antimalware, install it in safe mode, update it, run a full scan, and remove everything found
