Okay, so I got the Antivir Virus (Claims to be an anti virus tries to trick people into paying money for it). It gives me popups. I will not let me run Command Prompt OR the Registry. It will not let me open Task Manager, it will not let me open System Restore, when I go into Safe Mode I get the blue screen (Error:A problem has occurred, please restart your computer, etc.). SUPERAntiSpyware does not detect it. I cannot open MalwareBytes (the most reliable FREE spyware detector/remover). It is unlikely any more antivirus programs I download will run. I have no more options left. Please help me.

Hi,

please do this :-

you have a really bad virus and the only thing to kill it is "Malwarebytes", some times this virus blocks anti-virus sites so download it using another system on to a Flash drive then use the flash drive to install it onto the infected system, then reboot and then run a FULL scan of your system, if this fails try this, reboot and press F8 as it boots up, this will take you into safe mode, then run a Full scan again.

If it is still blocked & won’t install try this:-

When it asks you where you would like to save it, change the "mbam_setup.exe" file to xxxxx.exe.

Then install it, update it, and run a full scan in Safe mode.

This will clear your system of this virus.

http://malwarebytes.org/

This is also one of the best free anti-spyware programs; again always run your anti-virus software in “Safe Mode” on full scan.

http://www.superantispyware.com/

This will all help you and are completely FREE downloads.

Trust me this does work.

Simple version of what to do:-

Download “Malwarebytes” onto a UBS Memory stick using a friends system

Use the Filehippo links as these are completely FREE

http://filehippo.com/

Reboot your system

As it boots up press (tap) F8

When in SAFE MODE install “Malwarebytes” using your USB Stick copy

When installed, run a full scan of your HDD

Reboot back into main windows again

Update “Malwarebytes” using the update tab page

Run another full scan of your HDD

Trust me this will not harm your system at all, only kill any bad stuff that's on it.

This is completely FREE and easy to do and WORKS, so why not try this first??

attempt booting up in risk-free mode, navigate to the record and basically delete it. you may circulate away malwarebytes put in yet uninstall all the different antiviruses. you purely elect one antivirus on your device. Malwarebytes isn't an antivirus, it incredibly is antimalware so which you would be able to circulate away that on. So uninstall the different antiviruses and set up Microsoft risk-free practices necessities like the single tech suggested. additionally that Microsoft Malicious removal gadget. i'm questioning if the Avira folder is a pretend Avira antivirus giving off pretend messages. Booting up in risk-free mode and working malwarebytes might do away with it or perhaps Microsoft risk-free practices necessities. this might probable take awhile to finally restore. On some porn web pages, they have a bogus domicile windows popup window with an unusual message. while that shows up on mine, (yeah, look at porn in specific situations) i understand that if I click Cancel, ok, or X out the popup window that the virus will set up. I play it risk-free and open up activity supervisor and end technique any information superhighway Explorers (iexplore.exe). it rather is the only way, different than for turning off the computing gadget, to get faraway from the rogue popup window. And any information superhighway explorer window will additionally close so which you lose your surfing spots.

Okay this is a bad bad virus i have spent more then 20 hours trouble shooting it on my computer my husband got it. this worked for me if you have windows xp and two administrator user accounts everything works on the other account if you log in on an account that was not being used at the time of infection you can trouble shoot it that way. Norton 360 finally stopped it for me after the virus made like 40,000 actions on my computer I am still going to take it to have it serviced at a computer repair shop and I sugest that you do the same but atleast you can get to microsoft and remove it from your computer using their site.

hope this helpped I have spent more time on this virus than any other computer problem

if you cant fix it that way for some reason call microsoft I did their number is 1800-936-5700

PS the reason nothing is working is because you have like 10 different viruses controling your computer everytime you make a comand to the computer it executes any attempt you make by trying to convince the computer that you are the virus. norton 360 told me everything that happened once I got it back up and running. I uninstalled and reinstalled it on the admin user accout that was not damaged for some reason it goes into a file folder of that user. Not causing any harm to the other users for instance I tried to use the internet explorer on the affected side and it refused to cooperate but the unaffected side works like a dream. And at this very second its still trying to attack me but is being blocked by norton.

hope you can fix it!

never use any third party site like cnet , fillehippo which are great but you can get re directed

here is avast's site

http://avast.com

http://superantispyware.com

http://malwarebytes.org

http://bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal

gdata

nod32

avira

prevx

Um... Malwarebytes has smaller parasite database than superantispyware, just more niche specific. You might want to scan with Spyware Doctor (might try free PCtools antivirus first, check if it helps). It has much bigger database than malwarebytes, and, well, you have nothing to loose.

Free pctools antivirus version available here : http://www.pctools.com/free-antivirus/

Also, you could try going to MBAM install folder, rightclicking on malwarebytes and choosing run as administrator on Vista/ 7. That could help as well.

you got a virus instead of getting antivirus..

that thing is also happen to me..go to your friend or any cafe who have a killer antivirus like kasperksy, trend micro,, etch.. go and download the rescue cd of their antivirus ( an ISO file ) then burn it to cd..then put that bootable disc to your pc... then boot your computer from that cd and do a full scan..that viruses should be teminated..
