Computer is in Virus alert mode

Question

my computer is in virus alert mode, i know it is a mode because under system properties i can see VIrus ALERT under my registry name. on my own i have managed to fix my RUN and clock which have been removed and replaced with virus alert. i can not access my c or d drive under my computer. i have already deleted all of my viruses run it in safe mode and delete viruses, tried other useless stuff. but i remain in Virus Alert mode. could sum1 plz help me
