Can i get on www.pandora.com with a proxy server from the USA if i'm in mexico?

Pandora wont work in mexico so i was wondering if i could get into a proxy server in the US and then access it maybe? any good proxy sites?

i found a site contain of the most updated proxies on the web, and it's works well for me

the site is unknown to the public, and update it's list from many sources, so it will be difficult to get blocked
