Go to the bank or at least call them and find out what is going on. If I have any doubts, and I would have doubts about this one.... I would never answer it in any form. I wouldn't believe for a minute this is a e mail from your bank.

Hi,
Well as the link actually is a scam as it brings up this :-
Quite obviously a scam, always ignore these emails for if you dont you will be giving your passwords and user details to a scammer who will use them to get money from your account.

Ignore it. Your Bank won't send you an E mail.
I sometimes get e mails like this 'from paypal'....even before I had an account.
There are so many people with paypal and Bank account that random e mails will often hit the mark.
All you have to do is ignore the e mail, and enter your account with who ever by your own path and see if there is a message there, that would be safe.
Never chase a link it's or open an e mail like that it tells the spammer the E mail address is active....so they send More!

Do not under any circumstances use that link. This is a well known banking phishing scam! Banks simply don't do business that way.
Look up phishing scams on the internet. If you enter you username and password the scammers would now have it and be able to CLEAR out your bank account!
Never follow links to banks, credit cards etc that are sent in emails! You can take your browser and directly enter the correct address.

Banks will never email a customer in this manner and especially not to advise of an account deactivation.
Phone your banks helpline number or local branch and they will advise you of the account status (subject to the usual security questions).

Dont do it....
First off look at this..
TSB Scotland plc in an authorised...
Authorized is spelt wrong!!
Not to mention a bank would never do such a thing and they would never do such a thing in email either.
They want your banking information..
Report this to the bank..Either forward this to them in email or fax it or print and bring to the branch so they cant do this to anyone else!!

1. do not sign onto this site. It's not even a secure site (it's http:// not httpS://)
2. Only ever log onto your banks through the website the bank gives you, not through a link in an email.

Don't touch it and certainly don't enter your passwords or account details. A bank will never send such an email.
The creepy one

its probably con artits trying to get you to tell them your details by reactiviting your account and when you tell them they drain all the money out of you account.
go to your bank and ask if it as been deactivated if yes activate it at the branch if no then you have nothing to worry about and delete the email.
BEWARE

Your bank would not just e mail you. Don't touch it with a barge pole. You would give them access to your account. Ring your bank about it

do not go to the link
call your bank in the morning and tell them what the email says.
it will most likely be a phising email and they will be trying to get your bank details.
don't take the chance!
