Your firewall should have a built in scanner. You can also go to your control panel in your computer and to security to get a scan running. It sounds like your computer may just be on the fritz. If the scan does not find anything, then take it to your computer shop for some repairs.

Well you might want to try safe mode then perform a system restore on the computer that might help to remove the virus's action. If you can't find antivrus that is for free check this site's newsletter they might include a free software in their products recommendation that can help you. http://systemsecurityinstitute.org/

Use another computer to get these working...if you can't do the first two try the last one (3) it is the most useful.

That's a fake warning and is actually a virus trying to get you to put your credit card in.

MAKE SURE YOU UPDATE BEFORE SCANNING

1.Download AVG

if you are running windows OS then run a live scan on safety.live.com.

If you are very anxious then microsoft pcsafety on 18667272338 for a toll free service. They might put you on hold for about 12-20 min but I think they are good experts and resolve the issue.

Either Trend Micro Housecall or Kaspersky free online scanner. Trend Micro is good but Kaspersky is better. To remove the nasty little bugger for free though try MalwareBytes. It works great and I use it in conjunction with my Kaspersky its that good.

I feel it is antivirus scam by Trojan Horse.

You cant access your internet. It closes/ stealths your antivirus.

It revigorates POP-UP from time to time.

Solution:

1. Try to install AV from USB.

2. Kill the process that smirking you.

3. Check registry changes if you have utility.
