There is not much you can do you can try to report it but there is no much the Admints can do. They don't really keep track of that kind of thing.
Best thing to do is not to have it broken into in the first place. Here are some easy steep you can take.
1: Go out and buy Norton's AV and Firewall. Most of the time they get the info they need off of you're computer to "brake" into you're E-mail bock.
2: Make a long password with both letters and numbers in it and chage every now and then.
3. Don't log-in to you're box at a computer thats not you'res.
4. Don't tell any you're password.

All the other answer were quick and simple but obvioulsly this depends on the details of your situation. If they break in at work or home and steal all your email addresses then they can send out spam in your name. Usually that is all that happens. If they have broken into more sentive stuff then you need to change pasewords on all the sensetive stuff. Also It is a good idea to have a firewall and some other security with your mail system to protect you from this happening.

Like cracks you password? Then you have to contact yahoo and give them your info when you first signed up. If that doesn't work you're out of luck...
