How can I keep others here in this house from being able to log into and view my E-mail sent to me.Because we all use one computer,and I need help with keeping my privacy.So that when the computer turned on and has been set up for guess to log in.That my E-mail can't be viewed by others.

Use a password that no-body else can guess.

I would use a program like PGP or you can check out www.hushmail.com which allows you to use PGP or other open source public keys. If you are worried about key stroke loggers then type the message off the system your worried about and then cut and paste it into the email. You can check out PGP at www.pgp.com.
