You should try using MSCONFIG in Windows XP to disable some of the unnecessary programs that automatically load on start-up. Disabling these programs will help your computer boot faster and crash less.

1. In Windows XP, go to Start > Run

2. Type MSCONFIG in the "Open:" box and then either press enter on your keyboard or click on the OK button.

3. This launches Microsoft's System Configuration Utility. Click on the Startup tab (the tab at the far right).

4. This takes you to a page with a list of "startup items." Startup items are programs that are automatically loaded every time you turn on your computer. Some startup programs are absolutely necessary, others are simply a waste of RAM.

Remember, disable only those programs that you recognize and don't need to have running all the time. When in doubt, leave it on.

5. Click on the OK button.

6. A message will pop up telling you that you must restart your computer before these changes will take effect. Click on "Yes" and your computer will automatically reboot.

7. That's it! Your computer should now boot faster and crash less.

Download a free antivirus software, we have a few links on the button of a faq's page http://www.unlimitedtechnicalsupport.com/faq.htm

And you should also update our Antivirus software and run a virus scan,

To remove the virus you need to do the fallowing.

Download malwarebytes and CCleaner (optional)

Install both applications.

**note if you are not able to install from normal windows install from safe boot**

Run a quick scan with malwarebytes. (if able to install from normal windows)

Restart your PC and boot into safe mode

**note some time a full scan at this point will resolve the issue with out doing the rest**

When windows is starting up continually press F8 after the initial splash screen

When prompted how to load windows

Select safe boot with networking.

(If you pc would not let you install malwarebytes from a normal boot install now)

Run malwarebytes and do a full scan.

Remove all viruses and threats detected

Restart you PC.

Run the CCleaner on first page

Click Run Cleaner

Click Registry on the left side

Click Scan For Issues

Click Fix Selected

(I suggest backing up you registry when prompted to)

Click Fix All Selected issues

Make sure that you have an Antivirus program installed on you PC to help prevent further infections. If you do not have an antivirus I suggest using Avast antivirus. Avast is free, all you have to do is register with them.

****Note other good anti malware programs are hitmanpro, spybot S&D , super antispyware.****

If an antivirus program will not clean the virus you will need to roll back you PC to a previous restore point. If you need help with this send me a message asking.

It never ceases to amaze me that the first thing people do after being infected is use system restore. You don't get the concept of system restore, do you? It restores your system to the last day a restore point was created and, guess what, the virus is back. If you have an antivirus program use it in safe mode. If you can't start your computer in safe mode, reinstall windows.

pretend signals are generated by malware that grew to develop into downloaded by a trojan. because of this the first element you should do is disable the trojan from autostarting at abode abode windows boot time. bypass to commence-->Run form in MSCONFIG and hit enter. bypass to Startup tab and uncheck the packing containers with unusual names. some element like lrhc4599ujh.exe seems unusual adequate to disable it. Restart, and procure a-squared anti-malware, installation, replace with modern-day definitions. Restart as right away as better. at the same time as the computing gadget seems, launch a-squared and open pastime manager. bypass to methods tab and detect Explorer.exe, spotlight it and click end technique. useful, this may terminate the computing gadget. purely a-squared will stay considered. close pastime manageer and run dull deep try with a-squared. it extremely is extremely major. at the same time as the try is finished, make sure a-squared bumped off what it detected. Then restart back. Now, some tricky section might want to be mandatory. in the adventure that your browser acts unusual or some computing gadget residences are lacking, run a HiJackThis (a TrendMicro gadget) and create a log. Then provide it to me and that i will leaf by ability of it. useful, it takes time to get rid of the malware, yet there is not any "click'n'get rid of" answer to it.

XP Antivirus Pro or XP Antivirus Pro 2010 they are the same with different names. It uses false scan results and fake security warnings in order to scare you into purchasing this bogus software. It says your PC is being hacked and infected by virus and you need to pay for their software in order to remove those virus or spywares.

Once XP Antivirus Pro is loaded into your system, it copies many instance of itself to different locations inside your system and edit your Registry to allow it to launch itself. It will starts up itself even if you boot up using Safe Mode and it blocks you from launching any other software.

To remove XP Antivirus Pro, follow these steps:

1. Step 1

Open Notepad and copy the follow block of code and save it on your desktop, name it as exefix.reg. NOTE: when you save, make sure you choose Save As Type: All Files

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\.exe\shell\open\command]

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\secfile\shell\open\command]

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe\shell\open\command]

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe]

@="exefile"

"Content Type"="application/x-msdownload"

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\secfile]

Step 2

Double click the exefix.reg from your desktop to open it, it will import those keys into your registry to fix the bad ones that XP Antivirus Pro had modified.

Step 3

Download Malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org to do a scan

Step 4

After you install the Malwarebytes antimalware program, make sure you click on the Update tab to update the latest virus definitions first. Then you can do a quick scan and it should take about 15 minutes.

Step 5

After Malwarebytes finishes scanning, follow the screen instructions to remove the infected entries and reboot your PC to clean the remainings.
