I found a way to remove it for free but you got to be very careful to NOT download some anti-malware program that ends up costing you more in time and /or money. I found really helpful description of the process here: http://annoyances-resolved.blogspot.com/2009/11/remove-security-tool-anti-malware.html

If you were going to follow directions there DO NOT install StopZilla because it is not free and it is difficult to uninstall completely.

Back up your computer system using the System Restore utility. To do so, click the Windows "Start" button and select "All Programs." Select "Accessories" and select "System Tools." Click "System Restore."

Step

2Click "Create a new restore point on the welcome screen of the back-up utility and type a name for the restore point. Click "Create" to back-up your computer system.

Step

3Open the task manager by pressing "Ctrl," "Alt," and "Delete" together. Click the Processes tab. Click "1632575944.exe" or "securitysystem.exe." Click "End Process" to terminate this System Security process.

Step

4Restart your computer and press "F8" repeatedly before Windows starts. This brings you to the Windows Advanced Options Menu. Select "Safe Mode" and press "Enter" to log into Windows Safe Mode. Safe Mode is ideal for removing this malicious program because it disables the network.

Step

5Click the Windows "Start" button and click "Run" or "Start Search" (Windows Vista users). Type "regedit" (without the quote marks) and press "Enter" to open the registry.

Step

6Click "Edit" and click "Find" to open the registry search utility. Search for and delete the following registry entry:

%UserProfile%HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run "1632575944." Click "File" and click "Exit" to close the registry.

Step

7Click the Windows "Start" button and click "Search." Click "All Files and Folders" and click "More Advanced Options." Place a check on all the search options. Search for and delete the following files:

1632575944.exe

config.udb

init.udb

English.lng

German.lng

Spanish.lng

System Security.lnk.

Step

8Click the Windows "Start" button and click "Run" or "Start Search" (Windows Vista users). Type %UserProfile%\Start Menu and press "Enter" to launch the Start Menu folder.

Step

9Double-click the "Programs" folder. Locate the System Security folder and delete it. Empty the recycle bin and restart your computer.

use Malwarebytes Antimalware to remove it

you might want to check the realtime protection module (available only with the paid version of Malwarebytes Antimalware), to protect your computer against malware in the future.

Eventually you can try to get a Malwarebytes coupon code shared by another user on http://news.dtcdeals.com/malwarebytes/does-anyone-have-a-coupon-code-for-malwarebytes-or-know-how-to-remove-the-sagipsul-virus/ - sometimes you can save 40-50% of the cost

sometimes the most effective way is to pair an antivirus with a malware removal tool - here are recommendations on doing this with Kaspersky and Malwarebytes http://news.dtcdeals.com/malwarebytes/does-anyone-have-a-coupon-for-kaspersky-internet-security-and-malwarebytes-antimalware/

Security Tool is a fake spyware remover with an impressively generic name even in terms of rogue anti-spyware names. This parasite enters the system without the user’s knowledge or consent, usually by employing the use of various trojans. Security Tool might also convince you into downloading it by using the browser hijacker Sitesecuritytest.com, which is a fake online scan. Security Tool uses misleading advertising to trick users into purchasing it’s so-called “licensed version”.

Once inside and active, Security Tool floods the user with popups and fake system notifications, claiming his system is infected and in need of an anti-spyware program. All of these popups lead to the purchase page of Security Tool. Much like any other rogue, Security Tool will also perform fake system scans, which mark legitimate files as threats. To remove these “threats” you supposedly have to purchase the full version of Security Tool, which is just as fake as the trial.

Security Tool is a corrupt Anti-Spyware program

Security Tool may spread via Trojans

Security Tool may display fake security messages

Security Tool may install additional spyware to your computer

Security Tool may repair its files, spread or update by itself

Security Tool violates your privacy and compromises your security

Security Tool is classified as Rogue Anti-Spyware. After infecting a user’s system, it proceeds to scare its victim into buying the “product” by displaying fake security messages, stating that your computer is infected with spyware and only Security Tool can help you to remove it after you download the trial version. As soon as the victim downloads Security Tool trial version, it pretends to scan your computer and shows a grossly exaggerated amount of non-existent errors. Then, Security Tool offers to buy the full version to fix these false errors. If the user agrees, Security Tool does not only fix the errors, but it also takes the user’s money and may even install additional spyware into the victim’s computer.

Some Rogue Anti-Spyware, such as Security Tool, may offer users to buy it after the victim clicks on a banner or a pop-up while surfing the internet. Usually, a Trojan is installed to a victim’s computer after clicking on the advertisement. It then proceeds to download or even install Security Tool, which is another way for Rogue Anti-Spyware to spread itself.

Most of rogue Anti-Spyware, such as Security Tool, is nearly impossible to remove manually.
