Press F8 when you start your computer , then choose Safe Mode , there's a new administrator account you can log in without any password , then you can create a new acoount or change the password of the original one

Burn this program to a floppy and use it to boot his computer. If you follow the default instructions and read carefully, this floppy is worth its weight in gold.

Also if it wont boot, change your bios boot order to floppy, harddrive. Do this by pounding F1 on startup. If F1 doesnt work, google bios setting. Also like a person said before, if your bro wasn't really that worried about security, when you use F8 on boot to safe mode, a new account (Administrator) should be there with no password at all. Its a bad idea to leave this account without a password, but very convienent in this situation.

open the tower and take out the battery. It looks like a small watch battery. Ifs flat and round. That will reset the computer.

Well. To be honest its quite easy, but it would be wrong to let the world know. Sorry..
