File/Folder Protection/Encryption Software (IP Address Software)?

Question

You do not have to answer both of them, but I need to know 1 or both things:

1) I need a software that will let me: hide, or password protect, or encrypt a file/folder (NO-.RAR's, .ZIP's)

2) Is there a software that will: Hide My IP Address, or Change My IP Address Every time I visit A New Website

You can change your IP address by using an anonymous proxy. I've been using an anonymous proxy for over a year now with a company called Private Proxy. They will provide you with 4 different servers that you can choose from. Three in the US, and one in the Netherlands. Each server has 10 different IP's which gives you a total of 40 different IP addresses. When you are logged in with this proxy, your real IP address will be completely hidden.



The software will also encrypt the any information that you write on your internet browser! Which will automatically protect any passwords that you submit on your internet browser.

It is almost impossible (without breaking some laws) to find out a users true location with an Internet IP address, what you will get is the location of either their server or their IP route (router obviously comes from the word route) The reason you are getting locations in the middle of the ocean can be because of 2 reasons, 1. There are small islands there that are not big enough to show on a visitor locations map or 2. The internet connection is being routed through a satellite network and that is roughly the location of the satellite (in space) when that user visited your site. (I'm not a network scientist so don't hold me to that last one but that's the best explanation i can think of)

1) Look online. I have made my own so I dont really know of any.

2) Look into a proxy. Best is VPN proxy for maximum security. I recommend TOR.
