I'm able to free up 15.0GB that would be great, but I'm scared I will delete something I need. So which are safe to delete?

downloaded program files
temporary internet files
offline webpages
hibernation file cleaner
previous windows installation(s)
recycle bin
setup Log files
temporary files
thumbnails

some of these sound scary to mess with lol please list out the ones i can delete.
what is hibernation I don't understand what it is used for and it says if I delete it , it will be disabled.

If this is the built in windows disk cleanup, or CCLEANER, then it is safe to remove EVERYTHING that it finds. It you are using these two programs, it will never delete needed files. I just leave everything checked to remove, and I run the cleaner once a week.

All of those can be deleted. Disk Cleanup will NOT let you delete anything that is important

You can get rid of all of it

two things to note though...if you delete the hibernation file you are turning off hibernation and won't be able to use hibernation unless you turn it back on...not a big deal

As for thumbnails if you delete them new ones will be created when you open folders with pics, videos so the folders will open slow at first, Clearing the thumbnail cache every now and then is a way to delete thumbnails for files that are no longer on your computer.

Download CCleaner and you don't have to worry about deleting anything vital.
