Ok so everytime i use the internet whether it be on my laptop, computer, ipod touch, my bros computers, a popup comes up (on any browser) by Windows Internet Security that wants to allow access to download a program that will help make the computer more safer and stuff. So I knew from the start it was a virus so I downloaded it and got it removed with malwarebytes antivirus and it got removed but it didnt help taking it away so im guessing its stuck on our server. HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS?!

Contact your server as you suspected.*

Edit: Apparently some answerers didn't read where you said you had already used Malwarebytes to remove it and it keeps coming back every time you access the web. Additionally, some do not know the difference between a virus and malware. There are infections which attach themselves to severs. Contact your server as I have already said.

You probably arent quite clear of that virus...

Typically that particular virus can be removed by ComboFix... located here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

Also, this virus likes to change your proxy settings to use the virus's local proxy... it is called Ransomware, and you can get rid of the proxy setting in Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Lan Settings button (at the bottom)

Uncheck proxy server if it is selected.... however, if it is checked, and you uncheck it, and it becomes checked again, you are most likely still infected with this virus.

Windows Internet Security is a virus itself, as you said you know...

A run of ComboFix should take care of you.

Good luck!

Some people said it's a combination of NDS changer trojan and adware. Removal recommendations here http://deletemalware.blogspot.com/2010/03/how-to-remove-online-protection-tool.htm
