I think my internet browsers have been hi-jacked, both internet explorer and mozzila firefox, when I access the internet and use google it redirects me to a different page, I can't acess ceritain sites(anti-spyware sites, and such). If someone could help me regain control over my internet that would be nice, thanks.

You have a virus!! Probably a Vundo, Vundo H, or a variant. I just dealt with the same thing. These are hard to remove and require a special malware removal tool. I used Malwarebytes at http://www.malwarebytes.org/ its a free program. It worked perfectly. Just download and run the full scan. It found and removed the entire virus and all of its offspring (it creates its own files that regenerate using dynamic file names). After you run malwarebytes and remove all the infected files. Go to http://wiki.lunarsoft.net/wiki/Dial-a-fix and dl dial a fix. This will repair any damaged windows system files and fix your system registry (if its a vundo your registry is corrupt). To run dial a fix just check all the boxes and hit the go button. However dial a fix only fixes windows files if firefox is damaged you may just have to dl a new copy and reinstall.

These steps were recommended to me by microsft when I had the same symptoms you describe and it worked perfectly. (note the first scan may take some time 2-4 hours, but the results are worth it)

SmitFraudFix:

This tool will remove Desktop hijacking malware. Firstly, download the removal tool from here:

http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php

then follow the instructions on the same page

Also use the following free programs, download, install, update and reboot into Safe Mode to remove:

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Select Full Scan.

Remove all infections that it finds after scan.

SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition:

http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPYWAREFREE

Select Scan your Computer, select your drive and select Perform Complete Scan and remove infections, then click on Preferences, click Repairs Tab and click on any of the System and Browser Repair Items that you may have problems with then click Perform Repair.

Use BOTH for maximum effect as they work slightly differently.

ONLY IF the problem persists, turn OFF System Restore, Right click My computer > select Properties > System Restore Tab > Tick Turn Off System restore on all drives.

After scans are complete and machine is clean remember to turn system restore back ON and create a new restore point.

sounds more advantageous like undercover agent ware or undercover agent ware then something u might want to study what recommendations are operating an if an suspicious looking ones are google the names to be confident what's goin on. failing that u also ought to study what classes as booting with ur OS by making use of operating msconfig an disable all unecessary ones. as well the glaring shown reality that the major elementary reason will be a browser upload-on Failing all of this: With IE attempt goin in an restoring to production facility defaults (this received't delete ur bookmarks) bypass approaches > internet ideas > extra acceptable(tab) >an hit the resest button an as right away because it is performed uninstall an re-set up firefox (this may delete ur bookmarks so backup first) bypass by making use of making use of administration panel > upload get rid of classes (or classes an positive aspects)

Go into safe mode with networking and download hijackthis from www.merijn.org. Copy the scan log and paste it in a post to one of many forums associated with hijackthis help. Someone will be able to analyze the data and give you advice on what you want to remove. Or, you can paste the contents of the log to www.hijackthis.de and click "analyze". Bear in mind that if you decide to begin deleting marked files and they are in fact not bad but needed for the system to function, you could potentially damage your OS and need to reinstall.
